Terms and Conditions for Dress Rentals

1. Booking and Confirmation
   • A rental is confirmed upon full payment of the rental fee and deposit.
   • Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled, and rental payments made are non-refundable. Only deposit fee will be refunded.
2. Payment Terms
   • Rental Fee: The rental fee varies depending on the dress and is specified at the time of booking.
   • Deposit: A refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be returned upon the dress's return in acceptable condition.
3. Dress Collection and Inspection
   • Declaration of Issues: It is your responsibility to inspect the dress upon collection or on the same day you receive the dress via delivery. Any issues, defects, or damage must be reported immediately to the company. Failure to report issues on the same day will result in the assumption that the dress was received in good condition.
4. Rental Duration
   • Dresses must be returned within 3 working days (Monday to Friday) from date of use.
5. Late Returns and Penalties
   • A late fee of 10% of the dress rental price will be charged for each day the dress is returned late.
   • If the dress is not returned within 10 days of the due date, the full retail price of the dress will be charged.
6. Dress Care and Return
   • The dress must be returned in the same condition as received.
   • Do not attempt to clean, alter, or repair the dress yourself. Professional cleaning will be handled by the company.
   • Excessive stains, damage, or any alterations may result in a deduction from the deposit or additional charges.
7. Damage or Loss
   • Renters are liable for any loss or damage caused to the dress during the rental period.
   • If the dress is damaged beyond repair or lost, the full deposit will be forfeited, and additional charges may apply up to the retail value of the dress.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
   • Once a rental is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, and payments made are non-refundable. Only deposit will be refunded.
9. Customer Responsibilities
   • The dress is for your use only and must stay in your possession and control during the rental period.
   • Notify the company immediately if any damage occurs during the rental period.
10. Processing of refunds
    • Rental fees for dresses will be processed within 7 days.
    • Payfast deposits will only be processed on the 10th of each month.
